A SECRET WEAPON FOR IPTV SRONG

I applied your computer software to improve my strong 4669x and after booting I noticed lock on the screen.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later saw the decoder was frozen Even though the lock wasn't there and many of the channels was vanished.The decoder has become frozen.What must I do?My question is, can that operate for my receiver.
